In Italy, a spaghettata is more than a meal.
Traditionally, it is a spontaneous late-night gathering around a large table of pasta — friends, neighbours and strangers slowly becoming one company over wine, conversation and simple food shared generously.
No strict seating plans.
No distance between guests.
No real rush to leave.
Over time, the idea evolved into something larger: a distinctly Italian way of celebrating life itself — emotionally, generously and always around the table.
At Salone, we brought this tradition to Cyprus and reimagined it through our own lens: part Italian countryside feast, part theatrical summer gathering, part modern social ritual.
Every early June, we host large-scale Spaghettata celebrations at Tsiakkas Winery— long communal tables, seasonal Italian menus, candlelight, live music, homemade limoncello and dancing under the open sky.
The kind of evenings guests continue talking about long afterwards.
And if you wish, we can create one entirely for you.
