A city legend since day one.

Salone opened in Limassol in the summer of 2024 — and almost immediately became part of the city’s rhythm. The kind of place people recommend without hesitation, return to often, and miss when they travel.
Across the island, Salone is known (and, fortunately, loved) for handcrafted pasta, the signature Beef Tartare, the slightly addictive Torta di Formaggio — and, of course, our daily “Felicità."

Whenever someone comes to celebrate, the music begins — a small ritual that has quietly become part of the house. On some days, it plays a dozen times.

People come for exceptional Italian food.
They stay for what happens around it.

Every detail at Salone is considered. Each plate, each glass carries a story — from iconic Italian porcelain by Ginori to vintage cutlery sourced from flea markets across the globe.

Over time, Salone has grown into more than a restaurant. It has become a series of rituals the city now shares.

The kitchen at Salone moves between Italian classics and the rhythm of the moment.

From antipasti to handmade pasta and thin, crisp pizza croccante baked in a large oven — everything unfolds in full view, quietly becoming part of the space.
There is a certain cult around pasta here. It is shaped by hand throughout the day, following recipes gathered in Emilia-Romagna — a continuous process that rarely stops and is always visible to guests.

The menu is never fixed. It shifts with the seasons, with new ideas, with what feels right now. Some formats have already become part of the house: The Beef Club, La Pescheria, and the daytime ritual of Salone Breakfast Club (weekdays 09:00—12:00, weekends 10:00—13:00).

The wine list follows the same philosophy: from timeless classics to new wave discoveries, always with something to return to.

Recognised internationally, the list was awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence (2025) and received Two Stars in The World of Fine Wine’s World’s Best Wine Lists (2025) — reflecting a careful, considered approach to selection.
